Is open university's course and mark sheet valid for future job and good career!i mean i got 46% in b.com graduation?

I get 46% in b.com graduation!so first of all tell me which sources are open for me for good and better future? and if i do course from open university, so it was valid?i mean when i go for job so at that time if any problems arise for my open university mark sheet?and tell me about courses!
