OTH Amberg-Weiden is considered a good alternative for international students, mainly because the environment is very friendly and lots of services are designed precisely to meet their needs. The International Office guides newcomers in every possible aspect: academic matter, cultural integration, and arrangement in practice. There are lots of programs offered in English for the convenience of non-native German speakers. The study service fee of €500 per semester, including a semester contribution, will be introduced with the aim of increasing support and resources for international students starting from the winter semester 2024/25.
