    Yes, Fee waiver students are those students whom academic fees are waivered off, so merely 1520 percent more of the academic fees have to submit yearly. Now with this facility, if someone expects scholarship too and gets too in some way, which is difficult, then it is against humanistic values. Think of the situation of the General Category students, who are just above the eligibility category for all the two facilities. Be it scholarship or fee waiver, neither they can apply for scholarship or fee waiver, and have to submit all the hefty fees from their pocket.
