    This entirely depends on the parameters that are important to the applicant. If you talk about world university ranking, then QS World University Rankings 2023 has ranked the University of Oxford at No. 4 with an overall score of 98.4 and Harvard University at No. 5 with an overall score of 97.6. While the US News & World Report - Best Global Universities Rankings 2022-23, ranked the University of Oxford at #5 with a global score of 86.8 and Harvard University at #3 with a global score of 96.
