Is Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil University a good one for BTech in Biotechnology? If yes, what is the procedure of application to the university, since the official website is not very informative about the entrance test and mode of application, and google redirects to DY Patil Univ, Pune.

It's a grade" A" college. entrance is through all India exam held in the month of May! you can download the prospectus online.
