Is part time M.E./M.S.(CSE) available in IISc Bangalore? or part time M.Tech(CSE) in IIT Chennai? or in a reputed college in Bangalore?

Part time M.E./M.Tech/M.S.(CSE) in higly reputed colleges. (I need to do a job.presently in software.only 10% possibility for full time.I'm from NIT. had to discontinue previous full time M.Tech in IITM, spent 3 months there.but came back )(looking for Ph.D later and to become a professor)
