Is PCP Sikar (situated in Rajasthan) the best institute to take a drop to prepare for JEE?
I have 78.5051464 percentile and 82267 OBC rank in April Mains 2019. I am from UP.

See, if you are from Sikar, then I'll prefer you to opt for the Kotak as that will not be far away from you, plus, you can get the best coaching there as well.
