Is PDM University good for M.Sc in food science and nutrition course?

I have seen the one of the worst university in my life is PDM. There are no proper equipment in their labs and faculty also not. I left the college. They also have M.Sc Microbiology course, and they don't have a lab for microbiology. So, don't think about M.Sc. But, PDM University is good for B.Tech
