Is PDM University's degree valid by UGC, NCTC or is it affiliated to any other university?

The degree of B.Ed provided by PDM University is from MDU or from PDM because I have seen on a lot of places that the education of PDM college is affiliated from MDU but the college says the degree given by PDM University.

Is it PDM College or PDM University? PDM College of Education, Sarai Aurangabad District Faridabad is included in the list of approved colleges at serial number 50 by MDU for B.Ed. I have provided here the links for you to check by yourself. Please download the PDF files. http://www.mdurohtak.ac.i
