people's universities are generally considered tier 2 universities.

1.Admission to Tier 2 universities usually requires local or state level exams, while Tier 1 has more competitive exams.

2.Tier 2 universities may lack placements and ties with industry compared to Tier 1 universities.

    3. the quality of education at People's University is good, resources and facilities may be limited compared to tier 1 university.
