Why will someone ask this question?
It is because there has been a need for this thing called Communication Skills and Personality Development. No company or employer gives a job just on the basis of your degree. It is the appearance, skills, behaviour, mindset, interests and education that matters. So, without even a single onus of doubt, personality development is of utmost importance. -
Hello Ipsita,
Personality development is an integral requirement for successfully completing MBA. You would be giving presentations, case studies, etc almost on a daily basis. So having good communication skills is a must; also it will be beneficial for you to bag lucrative internship and final placement offers as the interviewers check both your knowledge and the way you present it. In the end, a successful manager is always known for his/her personality and communication skills.
