bruh tf u saying . buildings are 60 years old, hostel food has cockroaches, horrible teachers . only thing good is the smart people around you

Both the colleges are equally good. But the course for PES is more advanced and up to dated (Specially for CS department) than RVCE. On the other hand, PES has a higher tuition fee. If the fee is not an issue go for PES.

I choose PES for CS than RVCE. It depends on the environment you get exposed when you are studying. Obviously I will go with RVCE when it comes to mechanical, civil, EEE etc but for CSE/ISE, the offers and academic rigor is better in PES. RVCE is better in other branches but in CS if you study in P
