Is PG Diploma equivalent to PG degree? Can I get a job after pursuing any of these two courses?

No. only PGDM or PGPM of 2 years full time that's too granted equivalence status by AIU I.e. association of Indian Universities are only equivalent to a PG degree. any distance learning, parr time, online PGDM not at all equivalent to a master's degree. other than management programme, AIU has not granted any PG Diploma equivalent to a master's degree. Getting job depends on what institute you choose and what campus placement they offer and subject to fulfilling other conditions. Remember, even if the PG Diploma has been approved by AICTE, it is not equivalent to a PG degree -
It depends from where you do it & what is the duration of the course. if its 2 year duration then it is generally considered equivalent to PG degree. To play safe one should try and pursue MBA/MMS as a Masters program
