Is PG Diploma in management only for candidates with work experience? What is the major difference in terms of syllabus between MBA & PGDM?

No work experience is required.
The difference is that only university offer degree like MBA but institute has to offer PGDM. -
Hello Naveen,PGDM programme is applicable only to students with minimum 1.5 years of work experience. There is no major difference in syllabus except that the PGDM students learn things in a little practical way like case studies and field learning. All the best Naveen :)

Major difference between MBA and PGDM is as follows: MBA is offered by 'Universities' or 'Colleges that are affiliated to Universities' or Central Body directly under the Indian Government while PGDM is offered by individual colleges and IIMs.
