Is PGCPM a full-time certification for MBA? What is the difference between PGCPM and PGDM?

Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management (PGCPM) is a certificate course offered by IGNOU for any graduate to learn project management skills. It is a certificate course not equivalent to PGDM. PGDM is a two years duration course equivalent to MBA offered by various B-Schools.
