    Human resource managers are appointed in every company. The job nature for them is that they need to recruit the eligible aspirants to the vacancies, serve as a mediator between the management and the labours, solve disputes that rise among labours, conduct programs for the enhancement of labours quality in the institution etc.

    Both are equally good as most of the companies need them. It depends mainly on your personality and skills. HR will require you to coordinate between all Departments, recruiting, interviewing etc whereas marketing might hv more of field work, meeting targets and so on.
