Is PGDM degree valid in foreign countries of Europe and America?

As per my knowledge PGDM varies from different countries. As MBA in foreign country offers for 1 year and in India it's for 2 years. So right now i don't know whether it's valid in different countries or not. But i will surely revert once again after getting proper information.

FIIB is accredited to AIU(Association of Indian Universities) and AICTE, FIIB Provides a PGDM program that is equivalent to MBA
