Is PGDM-HRM program at MIT-SOB equivalent to MBA degree?

Hello kirti, PGDM and MBA are two very different courses though they belong to the same management field. PGDM-HRM that is provided by MITSOB provides a case based education i.e. you will get a practical approach towards the course which is very different from MBA.
But from education point of view

In terms of value and acceptablity, any PGDM program is considered at par with an MBA. Do go through any IIM websites which also conduct full time PGDM or PGPM programs.
