BOTH ARE SAME.IF A COLLEGE IS AFFILIATED TO A UNIVERSITY(INDIAN) THEN UNIVERSITY GIVES U MBA & IF COLLEGE RUNS A COURSE THAT IS NOT AFFILIATED TO A UNIVERSITY THEN COLLEGE GIVES YOU A PGDM DEGREE.
