IIIT Pune offers PhD for a minimum of three-years at the doctoral level. Candidates can get admission in PhD based on their scores in NET/ GATE/ Written test followed by a PI round. The institute offers PhD in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Applied Science
