is phd(management/HR) from a private (ugc recognised) university through distance mode is valid?
recently I've come across 2-3 private university ( ugc recognised) offering full time phd programme, and one does nt need to stay in university to carry the research work.
a) phd from private university is valid?
b) does it hold the same value/status as phd done from govt/state university?
