Is PHP programming a good career option for an ordinary graduate?I am 34 yrs old B.Sc. graduate(PCM) with no Computer Science Background.

I'm also completing my MBA in marketing in Jan2012. I have also done php mysql cert course from DOEACC,kolkata.But I dont want to get into sales again as I have 5 yrs exp in pharma sales.I want to enter IT field.I'm Confused. what should I do - try PHP or do a certification in CCNA /RHCE?Pls advice
