Hello Mohan. GD and PI depends on your ability. If you come prepared it will not be so difficult. You can prepare on current GD topics from internet and also look for some PI answers. Many answers are available online. And all the best for the interview. -

Hello Mohan, yes PI is a part of admission process in ISME . You have to fill the application form available on ISME website . GD round is not there . But you have to atlleast pay any y one aptitude test may be CAT MAT .
PI is a general process which is to check your communication skills and some other skill sets so you don't need to worry about it . Just be true and you will easily crack it .
