Though, PIBM is a decent college, but if you have higher MAT (95 above) score then you can chase tier I colleges. Probably this is the last large investment by you to choose a career not just a degree with unstable profile. -
Yes, in my opinion, PIBM is the best college to pursue MBA. It offers a great corporate exposure to the students and have the best faculty most of them from IIM's.
