    No, the Pune Institute of Business Management is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and not UGC (University Grants Commission). All the courses offered by the Pune Institute of Business Management are approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). Hence, the degree is valid all over India. PIBM College is a member of AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business). Due to its approval, the Pune Institute of Business Management is among the best colleges available all over India.
