Is placement in HR 100%? What is the CTC offered?

It isn't 100% but if you do well, you will surely make it, as many companies are coming in for summer internships. Package offered is between 4-5 lakhs.

The placement rate is not 100%, Though there are really good companies coming in this year. The highest CTC offered is 9.2 Lacs and the average is 3.5-4 Lacs.
