only diploma is not sufficient for get good job you have to go for a good degree or master degree in your field if you are willing to get good job because there are lot of competition , so try to go for higher study , don't stop only at diploma

diploma will not offer you any placement...you need to go for degree course from any reputed institute and there you will have placement opportunity...
