Varna, if u are doing b.com finance then do MBA in finance.it may be little hard but, it will be most suitable and killing combination for your future. (B.com finance + Mba finance). u will get placement easily.for more info, u can contact me

PGDM in HR being easier than in Finance is a debatable question. In your case as you are a commerce graduate, you will have certain advantage in an MBA Finance course. But, in my opinion HR is a realitively easier course academically than an MBA Finance the prime reason being the difficulty of Quant
