Is post graduate diploma provided by iihmr at par with a masters degree or mba?? wud tere be issues later if i hv a diploma rathr tan degree

IIHMR , Jaipur reward MBA degree whereas Delhi and Banglore give pgdm.No there will be no issue except for higher education like ph.d.
