Yes, why not? You can pursue PR course after BBA, as eligibility for PG Diploma in Public Relations is:
A minimum aggregate score of 55% at the level of graduation in any stream preferably Arts, Science, Mass Media, Commerce, etc. , completed from a recognized institute. These are the best institute
