Is Pragyan International University more expensive than Central University of Jharkhand for BA course?

Whereas, &nbsp;<a href="https://www.shiksha.com/university/central-university-of-jharkhand-ranchi-32716">Central University of Jharkhand, </a> is a government university and is funded by the government of India, and offers BA courses in integrated mode, which makes the BA programme a bit expensive in comparison to the Pragyan International University BA course.
