Is professional qualification and education background will be a prob in geting admission for Msc in PETROLEUM ENGINEERING ?
Sir, Done mechanical engg in 2008 and I have an ongoing 4.5yrs experience in onshore downstream oil and gas company as an technical design engineer in refinery . As of now I don't have a background of PE ,does it gonna hamper my selection .as i am applying in University of Alberta,calgary,Memorial .

Hi,
Work experience is not a mandatory criteria for getting admission in MS program, however, if you wish to pursue MBA from good universities in Canada, then you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
