Is programming included in the electrical engineering syllabus of RGPV?

Yes, every college 1st year students learn basic c programming in their 1sem or 2nd sem of 1st year, but I think it is too basic, if you want to learn programming at advance level you should do it by yourself or with the help of coaching guide.
