S P Jain has different selection process than PUMBA. Admission to PUMBA is based mostly on MBA-CET score while for S P Jain it is CAT/XAT. Also, both colleges are from different regions. So,there is no comparison between them.
However, PUMBA is one of the most reputed colleges in the Pune. Fees for 2 years in 1.30 lakh. Last year average package was 5.30 lpa. So, PUMBA has very good ROI.

PUMBA is one of the best colleges for MBA in Pune University. S P Jain on the other hand accepts CAT scores and does not come under the purview of MBA CET. So its hard to compare.
