They both are different, If you are looking for a comparison then on any given day it's Panjab University. But you have to factor in too many things while choosing the right one for yourself. As I have done Engineering I can tell you that engineering colleges under Panjab University are better than

Hi Hartej, Punjab University is in Chandigarh while Punjabi university is in Patiala. I think there is no point of comparing Panjab university with Punjabi University. Panjab University is internationally acclaimed whereas Punjabi University is not even known in North India properly. Thanks!!
