Is pursuing B.Ed from IGNOU a better option as compared to doing D.El.Ed for WBSSC Upper Primary interview?

Definitely, it will be. B.Ed itself open doors for teaching as a graduate in education. Diploma itself has limitations in terms of job as well as course content. Moreover, you might not be able to crack WBSSC. In any case, if that happens, you can opt for teaching with TGT and can get a better salary than D.El.Ed.
