Is pursuing CA a good option after MBA in IT an BE in Electrical and Electronics?

I have an experience from Apr-2010 to Nov-2011 (19 months). I am again looking for opportunities (in IT Audits and Information Risk Management) but not getting any due to a break of about 10 months. I am thinking of doing CA and certifications (CISA,CISSP,ISO 27001). What are your thoughts on this?
