Hi,
Yes pursuing MBA in HR through distance education would be a good option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
Plus by pursuing distance MBA you do not have to leave your job and you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.

There is no value of MBA excepted talent of recruitment.UG can be a good recruiter than less skilled MBA recruiter.
