    Yes, It's worth doing M.Tech in IoT as it's the emerging stream in the future. And VIT the top private Institute in India which ensures good placements.

    Chandigarh university is very good option for M.Tech due to good record of placements they have. The infrastructure of the university is very nice. The environment and ambience is very soothing. It feels like a city within the college. The students are made to feel at home with all the facilities from varying types of food stalls to libraries with all kinds of books. The rate of placements at Chandigarh University is very good and impressive. Every year, thousands of companies visit the campus for on-campus placements of various courses.     Yes, it is actually worth it, You should go for M.Tech in IOT and sensor systems as these are two new and upcoming fields. A lot of researches have been done in this field everyday. So, for placement point of view, it is a great option. But I also want to suggest to chose an institution with great placement records, Chandigarh university is one such university where you will get assured placements.
