Till today, it is not recognized by ICAR, but has its own agricultural lands and all to provide practical studies of the course.

As of now, Quantum University, located in Roorkee (Dehradun-Roorkee area, Uttarakhand), is not listed as ICAR-recognised by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
