The Raja Mansingh Tomar Music and Arts University is not covered under Common University Entrance Test. More or less, admission to the courses is based on merit. For certain courses, entrance tests are separately conducted by the university, like in the PhD course through Combined Research Entrance

Yes. Raja Mansingh Tomar Music and Arts University accepts students on the basis of CUET exams in few courses. However, the majority of the students joining Raja Mansingh Tomar Music and Arts University are 12th passed and they join on the merit basis of HSC itself.
