Is Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Research, Nagpur a good college? Shall I repeat for JEE and MHTCET?

I got 56 percentile boards,39 in JEE Mains and 47 in MHTCET.

If you got the desired college and branch there is no need to repeat the examinations but if you think you can perform better and get a good college next year, taking a drop can be a good option.
