Is rajshree tandon university a reputed university like Annamalai and IGNOUto pursue BLIS(Bachlor in Library & Inf. Sc.) from distance mode?

I m a BCA graduate,working as Computer instructor in UP govt(Junior highschool).There is study center of Rajshree tandon in my city.should i go for this university or choose any other one.
