Is Rani Channamma University really good placements wise?

<p>Rani Channamma University still gives out some moderate placement opportunities mainly in traditional courses like arts, science, and commerce. Placement cells have been set up to provide at least some support. Overall, the placement rate is not high enough, neither are the packages that competitive compared with premier institutions. Companies visit to take campus placement in a range of approximately INR 2 lakh per annum to INR 5 lakh per annum. It is seen that most placements occur in the fields of education, sales, marketing, and basic IT. The students have to depend on off-campus recruitment drives or further studies for better career prospects.</p>
