Regenesys is CHE accredited college and therefore is recognised globally while UGC is only recognised in India.

UGC Recognition is only for college in India, UGC cannot give accretion to International Colleges. Since Regenesys is giving international degree thus it needs to be recognised by Council of Higher Learning. Its an International college, with widely acclaimed courses among corporate hence does not need UGC recognition which is just a regulatory body In India as it is accredited by CHE- Council of higher Learning which is recognised world wide.

Don't get confused with AICTE accreditation or UGC as that is only valid for degrees issued in India. Since Regenesys gives international degrees issued in South Africa, AICTE or UGC does not have the right to accredit it. It is instead accredited by CHE- Council of Higher Education, which is globally recognised.
