Is registration mandatory for applying to SSC CPO exam?

<p>Yes. Registration is mandatory for applying to SSC CPO exam. Before filling SSC CPO application form, candidates need to complete the one-time registration. On completion of one time registration, candidates can apply online for any examination of the Commission. One-time registration forms a permanent database for candidates. The unique registration ID and password can be used by candidates for all the examination. This facility is available for candidates throughout the year. The process for one-time registration is given below:</p><ul><li>In the home page of ssc.nic.in click on &lsquo;Apply&rsquo; tab then select &lsquo;Apply Link-1&rsquo; Or you can directly go to site ssconline.nic.in</li><li>On clicking &lsquo;Registration&rsquo; the one-time registration page opens</li><li>Candidates need to fill up the specific inputs-candidate&rsquo;s name, father&rsquo;s name, date of birth, gender and the text</li><li>Select enter to proceed further or click on the &lsquo;Close&rsquo; button to move out of the page</li><li>Enter personal details, basic details and contact details</li><li>Enter all required fields and then click &lsquo;submit&rsquo; button</li><li>Get the provisional Registration Id and Password and upload the photograph and signature</li></ul>
