    The difference between an MBA and an Executive MBA degree can be recognised in terms of their target audience, required work experience, and class schedule. An MBA degree is suitable for individuals with 0 to 5 years of work experience, while an Executive MBA degree is designed for individuals with 10 to 15 years of work experience on average.

    If you are a job aspirant, then it is always advisable to do a regular MBA. If you are employed and wish to climb the corporate ladder without a break from routine job chores, then you may prefer Executive, part-time, or a distance MBA.

    Yes Regular Mba is for 2 years full time work ex is not compulsory in regular mba whereas executive mba is for 1 year and usually requires 3 to 4 yrs work ex
