Is residential certificate required for counseling or admission in NIT Jalandhar B.Tech under home state quota through JoSAA counseling?

I have got IT branch in NIT Jalandhar B.Tech in 1st round of JoSAA counselling.

Residential certificate is not required as home state is decided on the basis of from where you did your class 12th. If you did your class 12th from Haryana, then your home state will be Haryana.
