Is retail management only related to the mangers we see at stores, every outlet of any brand has a senior person to manage all other.

Also tell me is retail management, brand management, and fashion merchandising same? and i am getting a 5 years integrated course in retail management(BBA+MBA) at FDDI noida.? Is it worth joining? Or shall i wait for IP's BBA counselling.
