Is Reva University good for MBA?

Dear Sasi, How good a programme is can be checked from various parameters which are elaborated below: Curricula : The course curricula of MBA at LPU is very unique and dynamic. These skills come in handy for the students not only at the time of interviews and tests but also throughout their careers. Soft skills and professionalism: The Center for professional enhancement, a fully dedicated department start working from day one on the students to polish their personality, soft skills, professional ethics, interview skills, public speaking, presentation style development etc. Exposure : The students are exposed to large number of guest lectures and talks by industry experts, large number of events in university to enhance their organizing and networking kills, large number of social work initiatives to develop the right orientation. And many more. Diversity of student and faculty: Mittal school of business has been ranked no. 2 in India in diversity and outreach inclusivity. The sheer diversity of students from all states of India and more than 70 countries across the globe make the classes a very different experience. Studying and working with such diverse sets of people makes a person learn cross cultural sensibilities and most importantly team work. Entrepreneurship: Being a campus equal to a mid sized town in itself, LPU ecosystem provides large number of business opportunities for its students. Hi,Reva is trying to compete in the market of management but isn't victorious yet. There are many universities in the top rank. MBA from LPU would be the best choice for various reasons: Accreditation: School of Business has been accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) of USA for its Management, Commerce and Economics programmes. Ranking: School is ranked No. 2 in India in Outreach and Inclusivity and 49th overall in the prestigious NIRF 2020 ranking released by The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. Checkboth colleges on the given parameters: 1. Infra structure 2. Accreditation. 3. Faculty is not only experienced but is updated 4. Industry immersion 5. Labs are well-equipped with the latest technology 6. Placement preparation 7. Aids research 8. The School of Professional Enhancement 9. Placements 10. Covid regulations adhered to strictly 10. Awards and rankings. 11. Extensive scholarships. 12. Covid regulations adhered to In my opinion LPU tops the charts on all para meters. Best would be to browse websites of the mentioned colleges for a comparative analysis.

Hi, LPU could be easily recognised as one of best and premier institute for MBA from these parameters which are as follows: NIRF: Rankings released by MHRD depicts LPU is best. Curriculum: The curriculum of MBA at LPU is very Industry oriented. There is a term CDR (Curriculum Development Research) held after each and every 6 months in which many senior industry people suggest that what is the need of present day industry are. Faculty knows all the strengths and weaknesses of students are noted and course correction is devised after the considerable suggestions of Industry tycoons. Thus LPU cares what to teach according to the demand of industry, so that all the students can be able to cop up the outer word after qualifying from LPU. Industrial Trainings: The students get much training like MOOCs, Advance Excel and many more. These endeavours of LPU make their students ahead of others. PEP: The Center for professional enhancement programme starts working on the student from day one. A set of mentors nourish their personality, public speaking, soft skills etc. Exposure: Many Experts visit LPU for the guest lectures. Reva university is doing quite well in management studies, but it certainly isn't the best, there are a lot of better players, LPU is one of the top one. The MBA programme at LPU is a great mix of cutting edge curriculum, experiential learning pedagogy, industry interface, projects, internships and consultancies, technologies trainings and many more. The sheer size of campus and number of students provides a plethora of opportunities to students to explore their entrepreneurial skills. The multicultural intake ensures that students learn and understand cultural sensibilities which become an asset in corporate life. The most striking point however is the center for professional enhancement, the students are exposed to new ideas about personality development, professional etiquette, virtues, ethics, interpersonal and networking skills for almost full duration of the programme rather than just a few weeks of placement trainings. This inculcates these qualities in the students in much better way and go a long way into shaping the career apart from cracking the interviews. Coming to reputation, since you asked, NIRF a government agency has ranked Mittal School of business among top 50 B-schools in the country twice in a row, in some of the parameters it has even beaten most Iims and ranked no. 2 in the country ! Hello! I am not so aware about REVA. I did my MBA from Lovely Professional University and I give you a big YES to join LPU for MBA. If you are looking for marketing specialisation, go with general MBA and in your Second Year you can choose major as Marketing. There are multiple reasons to join LPU. I will share my experience in detail as follows : Placements : 80-90% of students got placed on the campus with top companies like Asian paints, HDFC banks coming to select students. The top package was 15 Lacs, the average was 5.5 Lacs and the lowest is 3 Lacs. 60-70% of the students got placed in internships with big companies like Amazon visiting for internships drives. The top roles offered were marketing head and sales manager. Placement cell try to bring more company every year. Our senior has already placed in good MNCs. The highest package offered to them is 14 LPA. Federal bank offered 10 LPA this year. And it had came first time lpu for recruiting. Average placement here is 3.5 LPA to 4LPA. MRF TYRES, COLGATE PALMOLIVE, AMAZON, ITC are the top MNC visit here. Infrastructure : The facilities are world-class and the infrastructure is quite impressive. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus and classrooms are digitally advanced and libraries are really helpful to get the study material. Hostel food in mess, as well as canteen food, is average and the medical facilities are quite good with sports activities being held quite frequently. Lpu has great infrastructure and other facilities in the campus like university-hospital, Mall, 50+ ATMs, Banks, well established classrooms and libraries. All the classrooms has ACs and fans. Lpu also provide gym facilities to the students who are conscious about their fitness. Faculty : Teachers are quite helpful and qualified and quite knowledgeable with most of the teachers qualified as Ph.D. The teaching quality is quite good and most of the doubts are cleared by the teacher instantly. The curriculum is relevant to what is asked in the corporate world. Teachers are very helpful specially soft skills which help us to get placed in the campus it self. They are well qualified and have experience in teaching. They will help you in every aspect and try to get placed in top companies. To say good for the college is that they care more about students than money. They are ready to spend any amount or provide any facilities for the student as they wish. This is what I see good in management. It is a great college for MBA aspirants.
